Hi Alexander,
After you have recieved Vortex there should be a windstone (the stone that plays a note when you move it) on the ground near you. If you take it to the right of the shrine there is a crystal wall. Use vortex on the windstone near the crystal wall and it will shatter. You need to do the same to the door afterwards as well!
