Stuck boarding/exit ship.

In a randomly action I'm having issues on foot with entering/exit ships as I get stuck boarding or disembarking in the black transaction cut screen and having the exit to menu and back into game to get unstuck.

It seems more likely to me if you choose board very quickly on opening the menu. Maybe also if you choose disembark very quickly.

I've also had a few game crashes when trying to disembark from a Scorpion SRV near hostile NPCs, near a hostile settlement. Crash reports sent.

Happened once since the patch and have been exiting a lot, but what I do is wait until the CMDR avatar in the disembark windows is fully generated and that seems to stop it, I suspect if you exit to fast the on foot assets aren't fully loaded and that seems to give the game a problem.
