Stuck Entering Supercruise / Hyper Jumping

New to Elite Dangerous, been playing in nearly 16 hours a day for the past weeks. Love it. Anyways... As the title says, i'm getting stuck.

I am currently out in CE Bootis doing some massacure missions. Needed to go get ammo to keep up the bloodshed. So i decided to hop to a different system to refill. Lined up the jump, like normal and hit "j". It did its whole countdown, the screen started the tunnel effect and now im sitting at 000.000 seconds.

This started about 2 hours ago, i did some basic testing.
1. Restarting the game
2. Restarting the computer
3. Launching non horizon
4. Changing game modes
5. Had a buddy log on and tried to join his wing (Just made the screen go a greyish tint and do nothing)

So i decided after the last test i would try 1 last jump, and went out to eat dinner. 2 hours later im back, and its still sitting at 000.000

So i did a few more things.
1. Did a repair.
2. Uninstalled/re-installed
3. Restarted router and internet

And here i am stuck again at 000.000

After doing some reading, it seems like the only fix is to submit a ticket, and have them manually move my ship. (I'm at a station without a shipyard to try and switch to a different ship/change my FSD Moduel). I've also read on average that can take 7+ days?

Has anyone else found a fix to this?

Update - Tried to self destruct again. This time i purchased a Sidewinder, rip my vultur, went to leave the starting planet, or where it spawned me... Tried to jump again... and get time timer again -_-

Sorry to hear of your issue - this is not the first time I have seen this on the forum. I can't help but just wanted to point out that the support site currently says their target is under 24 hours so you should get sorted quite quickly. (Support at F D are super-helpful.)

Good luck

Indeed FD Support is helpful... but when you play 10-16 hour per day those 24h response time looks like an eternity. And they do seem to respond close to the 24h mark

Maybe it is a ploy to get you to buy a second copy to have an alternate commander. ;)
