Could you give me a little more detail? What was the last significant thing you did in the game? It is quite difficult for me to tell you what to do next without knowing where you are currently, the best advice I could give you would be to check out one of the walkthroughs for the game that have been posted to YouTube, as you'll be able to work out exactly where you are.
