Stuck in a Apex Shuttle loop – Customer service please help

Hi There

I am stuck in an endless loop in an Apex Shuttle that can't super cruise to my destination on a ringed planet. Logging out and back in doesn't do anything.
Please can you sort it out for me please asap – as I can't play the game I have paid for!

ps if anyone has any ideas?

EDIT: This has been resolved by logging into Horizons then out and back into Odyssey as suggested by ferus - ta

Try logging in to Horizons. Reset your position and then go back to Odyssey.

A temporary fix. Me and my cousin shot down my brother who was in the Apex Shuttle loop. He respawn in his own ship after the destruction of the shuttle and was free of the loop. You guys can give it a shot.

Just need to know where the shuttle is heading toward and you have like 30 seconds to destroy the shuttle.
