Stuck in Odyssey Training Hell unable to Interact with Ammo Crate.

Cheers All. Just started my odyssey with Odyssey in the opening Training mission. I have proceeded to the part where I'm engaged in clearing the bandits. Naturally, I've run out of ammo and then I'm prodded to take myself to an ammo crate to reload. After, Having found said crate, I'm completely unable to "Interact" with it to reload my weapon! I push "E" ...nothing!...I push "E" again...nothing.. I repeat again and again..same result!....Nothing. So, Let's try "F"..nothing..Let's try "R" nothing. Let try holster the weapon..push "E", than perhaps "F", then "R" with fingers crossed...Nothing! Let's get closer..nothing..let's back away..nothing!.
I seem to have no problem interacting with other objects that you can interact with....(I push "E" and I Interact)..but not so with said Ammo Crate. I'm on my 3rd try to complete the training mission, but I run out of ammo, then I die. Any help would be appreciated. I seem to be unable to find any information ..ie..You Tube, that addresses this issue. Thanks for reading this and I look forward to any advice

I'd check the keybinding to see if it is, indeed, E. If it is, then you might just have to stand closer or something, cuz it should be easy.

Hi, Codger, I appreciate you taking time to reply to my post. Unfortunately My key bindings are correct. E is my interact key and as indicated in my post, I've had no issues in interacting with other items using E. Also, I've been practically on top of the crate to the point my Hud had read 0 distance. I've also backed off to various distances to no effect. May have to ditch the Training mission I so desperately need or file a support ticket.Both choices are unpleasant. In any case, thanks again and enjoy Odyssey. o7

The only time I don’t see the interact prompt there is when I don’t need ammo. So, don’t know what else to suggest.
