Urgent - Stuck in space

So, I thought I had enough fuel to make the last jump, which it turns out, I didn´t. Now i´m stuck and I can´t make a supercruise, even though I have 2 bars left, and jumping only takes one. GG.

Do I self-destruct?

I think when you get really low iirc it generated the option to call for fuel, power down systems to a minimum and hope you live long enough for some one to turn up!

same happened to me, distress call option seems to be not there now, so I self destructed and re-spawned at the last station I visited.
