STUCK IN THE DAV'S HOPE!

Done it multiple times at Dav's Hope. 
Usually by rushing the circuit just a little too fast and / or getting lazy with the boost button.
Beyond wiggling the steering, throttle and thrust, and without a fellow commander nearby to nudge you free, the only option I found was to self destruct.

Log out and back in. that will unstuck you

There are several options aside from self destruct, as suggested Flthymick420 you can try re-logging, the other option is to log off and log back into the non-horizons version (if you are on PC) and that will put you in your ship in orbit.
I'm pretty sure FD don't see Davs Hope as an exploit. After all in a patch last year they specifically adressed it by reinforcing the servers against instabilities from a lot of relogs in the area. They could have removed it instead.

Logging out / back in put me back in the same position unfortunately.
Consoles dont have the ability to deactivate the Horizons DLC.
Thats rough. Id try it a few times. It always works for me.
You could try to give a shout to the Hull Seals (or Fuel Rats). Maybe a kind CMDR with a force shell cannon is in the area.
Force shell is best experienced by equipping lots of them on the mothership and getting out to 90 degree's in an SLF, its crazy.
Log into open? I'm sure some good natured player of the sort that like to hang round Dav's Hope will find a way of getting your SRV unstuck.
This is why I always take 2+ SRVs when I go mat hunting.
I already do it, but my vehicle doesn't change place -_-
