Newcomer / Intro Stuck on a Mission to Engle Orbital!

Hi, brand new player here, really enjoying the game, still finding my feet...

i accepted a mission to kill two pirates, but when I got to the system I got a message from the target ship asking me to repent my evil ways. Anyway, he told me to meet him at Engle Oribital. So I made my way to Engle Orbital and no sign of him. I've docked, undocked, flown away, flown back, docked again, checked the bulletin board yada yada - and still no dude!

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion, but it turns out I was just being a numpty. I had to select the option to abandon the kill mission before the new message would pop up on the bulletin board!
