Stuck on Loading screen. Help

I've just bought this, after trying out the demo. I've not got the fastest broadband, but its been stuck on the Loading screen for over 20 minutes now!. Are there problems with the Server ?....or has there been reported issues with 'demo/full game' clash.. new to Xbox one, but old school Elite (BBC Micro, Commodore 64 and Amiga!!).

Disappointing start!!! HELP! Do I download again ? (how do I do that..?)

try to hold your power button down for the count of 12 then let go and press it and let go, wait another 10 seconds or so and press again to turn on, then try to load elite once more

also you may want to disable the instant on setting for your x1

Did you LINK your Frontier account with the game? That is required to play. The servers are working fine at the moment. Aside from linking your account here to the XB1/Game, I don't know what the problem could be. You might want to open a support ticket with Frontier and see if they can walk you through whatever is missing from your setup.
