stuck on logging in

I can open the game launcher, i can launch the game, but then it is just stuck on the Logging In screen, logging in on the top left, frontier on top right and the blue/orange circle spinning. That's all it does. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but nothing, it just doesn't work.

Any help?
