Firstly this game is fantastic, no doubt; beautifully made.
However, I've come to a point at which I think I know how to continue but am perplexed by why such a finnicky and fiddly sequence has been included in the game.
I need to get 3 fruits in a net - fair enough. Except 2 of them require some annoying use of vortex on fruit for a few reasons.
1. It's annoying to do this accurately without Toku getting flown up too and getting in the way.
2. The fruit will smash on contact on many surfaces - very annoying.
3. It's possible to accidently go onto a new area; resetting all fruit. This wouldn't be bad but the 'enter new area' event is placed in a non intiutive place, pratically halfway on the screen and right in a playing area - extremely annoying.
Now unless I'm missing something I'll have to endure an exceedingly annoying and fiddly sequence - one that seems entirely at odds with the chilled out nature of this game.
I normally have no problems with any wiimote controls; but I am left handed and this seems an excessive requirement for such a mundane task; I've tried a few times but to no avail. Unless there's a tried and tested technique this is a game breaker for me as I'm not prepared to get frustrated over a game who's main selling point for me is its peaceful and relaxing nature.
Help is appreciated.
