Newcomer / Intro stuck on throttle down on starting checklist

I just bought the game... everything looks good except for the fact that I CANNOT PASS THE CHECKLIST!! :mad: I am using a mouse and keyboard and the 'throttle down' option (s) simply doesn't work. I have heard that there may or may not be an option to turn it off before starting? I have tried unmapping, remapping, restarting and deleting my save. Even the tutorial mode checklist won't work. Help please (if possible) Thanks! :cool:

I think it's in the right-hand cockpit panel if you want to disable the preflight checklist - somewhere in Functions.

Also, some of the keys in the checklist require that you hold them down for a few seconds just as you would if you were throttling down during flight.
