Stuck Polar Bear Cub

So my polar bear cub keeps getting stuck on slopes. It's the only animal that I've seen so far that gets stuck like this.

It just sits there, forever... and I'm pretty sure if I let her sit there long enough she would've died of starvation...

Yes I did!
What makes it more sad is that this poor cub just lost her mother and I have no idea what happened

I don't know if the message that she died never popped up or I missed it but I was looking for her and clicked on papa bear only to find out that she died and that her body had already been removed

She was nowhere near old age either and was well fed last time I saw her so I have 0 idea of what killed her. The Message history only said that she died but nothing leading up to it or cause.

When I did that she would just float there. No boxing or moving or anything. Didn't fix it. In that particular area though I couldn't smooth out the terrain.

Is there something under the ground there?

Does it still happen when you send here to the trade center, and back into the habitat?

Ever since the newest update they'll float and/or glitch into the ground where they get stuck now :/
I only see them stuck on the ground now if I zoom out far enough.
Thankfully these two have aged up now
