Stupid Collector Limpets

I was away from mining for 3 updates. Never had this issue before.
I mine in a wing of two ships in PG.
Getting down to the end of this run and I am having to dump limpets to clear space for cargo.
Doesn't seem to matter if I select "retain ownership" or "abandon give up ownership" ,, the collector limpets stop picking up fragments and start picking up dumped limpets. This means they basically become useless since the cargo hold is full so they cannot get rid of the dumped limpet.

Did a quick search and didn't see a bug report, but, I don't think it would manifest itself in solo play.

Humnnn, Wonder if I can set the dumped limpets to "IGNORE" and solve the problem.

Or just fire them off as prospectors?

Been mining heaps and the abandon option still works for me.

Are you mining in a wing? What seems to happen is that the ships trade abandoned limpets.

Ah, OK. Yeah, obs in a wing you will end up trading limpets. But yeah I think the ignore option should work.

'Ignore' is the solution.

It's doing the same also I solo.
You need to use "add to ignore list" from the contact panel

I think this is a bug. What I remember from 3 patches ago when I was mining was that if I jettisoned and retained ownership, the wing mates drones and my drones would ignore them automatically.
Makes sense because, if I retained ownership, if the wing mate picked them up, it would be stolen goods and if I threw them overboard, then I didn't want them.

The operation now doesn't make sense because if I jettison and retain ownership, the wing drones pick them up and end up with stolen cargo.
