Stupid death

i was flying into a station with a 102 ton Lakon-6 loaded to the gills with some high dollar cargo.. doing my normal side approach with FA off to line up to the letter box at max speed (normally have zero problems with this as i actually give myself enough room to perform the needed maneuvers).
just as i hit FA on and accelerate to kill the now unwanted vector, my Pitbull decides to lay his head (its a very large and heavy head) across my right arm, which is now holding my fighterstick, causing me to inadvertently pull back on the stick. i careened uncontrollably into the station face at near max speed. the station continued to rotate and brought the toaster rack around to smack me throwing me once again against the station.
one bump too many and my ship loaded with more than 750k worth of cargo (plus many many upgrades) decides its time to give up the ghost.
i sat stunned for about 30 seconds, then i got up and let him outside as thats what he was wanting. i couldnt be mad at him as thats exactly how i had trained him ( i dont care for him to bark unless its a emergency).
