Powerplay Stupid question for weapon unlocks - do they disapear when your rating degrades?

I've avoided PP since the get-go.

But I wanted to test out those prismatic shields.

So I signed up to the imperial lady, and then buggered off for a CG, and then to check out the Alien base.
Now I'm back and aparently I've been signed up for 9 weeks.

So...I just need to get 750 merits.

So I got my first 100 - testing out how to deliver stuff and to where.

And I figured I get the weapon unlock the week after I attain 750 merits and a class 3 rating (juicy unlocks).

but what happens when I STOP playing power play, and my merits degenerate, so I drop from rating 3 to second grade?
Do I loose the unlock and the weapons disappear? or do they continue to appear in the shops (why would anyone continue to play PP?)

So hit the unlock and go on a shopping spree.

Thought as much.

I never thought much of module storage when it first dropped.

Now I'm furious it's a 60 module limit.....and now I got a to find room for a prismatic shield for every class of ships...... :D

Class 8 Prismatic will set you back 243,879,730 Cr

Cheapest ship to be able to store a Class 8 module on is a T9 @ 76,555,840 Cr ....only other ship with a Class 8 slot is Cutter @ 208,969,450 Cr wich is also rank locked.

Note: Cheaper if bought discounted

Yes I know it's not a weapon but it's a PP module and may be of interest to OP

Glad I looked back a bit before asking this question myself... ranking up LYR at the moment to get Packhounds, then was planning on letting the 4 weeks with Aisling whizz by while I'm busy playing Destiny 2. Good to know I'll have to buy and store like 10 hounds before I switch!
