Stupid question time ... where do I find Holo-Me ?

first tab in right hand ui, were you can see your elite ranks, just above engineers button.
Or it was there in the beta, and can't see mention of moving it in patch notes.

I have live loaded in 10 minutes, will check then. Is it in functions tab or in power play/gal net menu (the one you can access while in ship and not station UI)?

Hmm, my tab shows neither Holo-Me or Engineers.

I guess I'll have to file a bug report.

Yup, agree with sleutelbos here, sounds like you have launched Elite: Dangerous, and not the Horizons version? Please check, and if it's still not there and your sure you're running Horizons, pop a bug report in the usual place.
