Stuttering after upgrading to Windows 11

I recently upgraded my OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11 but I'm now getting stuttering when I move my head. It doesn't happen in any other games I've tried and it happens both in Odyssey and the legacy version.

I'm using a quest pro wired.
RTX4090
5800X3D

It isn't the steam version of elite

Other than going back to Windows 10 is there anything else I can do?

I checked my BIOS and it was from October 2022. I'm reluctant to update it because I'm worried I might do something wrong and break it so I've reverted back to windows 10 and elite is running ok again

Might be worth searching for HAGS on the forum. I seem to remember having to mess around with that in the past but can’t remember why.

Yeah I tried it with both HAGS on and off. It's ok because I've gone back to windows 10 but I suppose I'll have to move off windows 10 at some point
