Stuttering During Hyperspace Jump

I actually have two questions.

1. During every hyperspace jump I stutter big time for a couple seconds at the beginning, then it smooths out. I'm running the game on a SSD. Anybody know how to fix that?

2. I've been looking for a bounty target named Virginia Chu worth 100k forever. I've checked unidentified signals and navigation beacon. Anywhere else I should look? Thanks.

Seriously, try reading your mission briefing... There are 3 systems where she could be...

Regarding the stutter I have that sometimes too. Maybe you need a better graphics card

Hyperspace is more or less a loading screen.

My mission says she's only in one system and I'm in it. I think if it was my graphics card other things would be stuttering too?

it is not your graphics card dude, the stuttering is frontiers problem not yours happens to all of us, and as for the assassination, check your briefing if it says they are in a particular system then just keep checking the USS's other than that its a bug, but normally it says 3 systems then u meet a guy who tells you the correct system, hope this helps.

Ok then. Happy to know it's not my card then! I was thinking playing on a gaming laptop was the problem... I guess a GTX 870m is enough. Is not the HD as well, as like the OP I am playing on a SDD
