Sub-42" 4K OLED monitor recommendations?

I have spent the day being completely bamboozled by various stuff about this and would be grateful for any knowledgeable advice.

I can't honestly use a 42" size and don't really want wide screen or curved monitors so staying at 32" (currently I have a 32" IPS monitor) is the option; trouble is, the recommendations that I see people on the internetwebthingie rave about are confusing. For example the Asus ROG PG32UCDM is out of stock / pre-order and the LG 32GS95UE is both on pre-order and seems to be slated for having a matte screen.

So, would the consensus be hang on until these come into stock / avoid matte screens - or is there something else you would recommend. (I don't mind waiting for months, there is no rush for this.)

1. I know!

2. I just wrote OLED rather than writing a whole series of different types, the ASUS model I listed is QD-OLED for example.

Oh yes - I forgot to mention in my OP that I'm in the UK so sources outside Europe are not an option.
