Subtitles for Galatic News on HUD/Comm Panel?

Hi, I am a non-native english listener player. I really loves the background and news set for the ED world. Sometimes I would listen to the news on my right panel when I am flying. However, my english level is not enough for me to fully absorb the message, and especially those with character names and system names.

So, maybe subtitles for news on comms or anywhere on HUD would be nice idea?

I would love to see that happen however due to different reason.
It's sometimes hard to hear the speaker with all the humming of FSD operating and sounds of hyperspace.
