Sudden FPS drop

I've been playing smoothly in the same pc, same configs for months, and now, all of a sudden, I have a huge fps drop, I think I have all of the drivers up to date and even tried reinstalling the game, what do I do?

HP OMEN 17-an107np gaming laptop, Inte Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21GHz, 16GB DDR4 2666Mhz, Intel UHD Graphics 630 + GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, Windows 10
but I don't think that's the problem since it still has horrible fps when I turn all the graphics down

That means your system is trying to use the UHD 630...

Make sure the laptop is plugged in when you play it and the driver is set to use the GTX 1060.

Your laptop being unplugged will generally default to half speed and intel graphics.

yeah, I always play with it plugged, but how do I set it to use the gtx 1060?

Go into the Nvidia control panel, select the game profile and set it to that rather than automatic.

Also, just in case, make sure supersampling is set to 1.0.
