Well, it seems I can finally unwatch this thread now. Thanks @Tyres O'Flaherty for raising the awareness on the issue and everyone who voted to help push it to the top of the issue tracker.
Well the stutters are not as bad as they were but, they have returned, and seem to be getting worse as the bubble expands with all the new Trailblazer stuff. Constantly getting stutters near the top of the hour, and worst at 1 minute 30 seconds past the hour. Theory, they spread out the data bursts, but as the bubble expands, the data is increasing so more CPU load at certain times.
