Suddenly unable to start game (Working fine until this morning)

Hey Everyone,

Having an issue with Elite Dangerous launcher. I have the game through steam and have put about 600 hours on it and now suddenly it's not logging in. It gives me the option for steam login on the launcher, I click it and it's the regular Frontier login that prompts the email code, I put that it in and says (Please Purchase Elite Dangerous) on the screen.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

yepp same problem here and i was almost to hit the 1600 hours mark
sadly i wanted to do some more CG but i cant even log in with my steam game

Using the standalone launcher, the only option i have is to purchase the game (which i did prior to Beta 1.0).
Using Steam, it tells me i have no access to the game.
The servers over the past few weeks have been atrocious, but this is yet another new low...

Hopefully It's Just a glitch/servers issue, I have my game logs if something crazy happens but this is just really annoying. I was trying to de-stress a little before going into work and this doesn't help lol

Me too, stand alone launcher. Login then get an "Install" button which does nothing!!

FD - IT'S NOT THE 29TH MARCH YET!!!!!!!!

It appears that Frontier have some issues as i am not only unable to launch the game but also login to their store and site.
Maybe there is an issue with their authentication service.

Sounds likely. Just before I logged off five minutes ago (PS4) I noticed the ‘unable to update ARX balance’ message in the corner of the screen, and couldn’t access the livery screen to pimp my ride before I came offline. Logged off, closed game, couldn’t log in again 🤷‍♂️
