Suggest making it possible to carry and sell cargo from a wanted ship you destroy.

So I am fairly new and loving it so far. One thing I noticed is I can not load the cargo left behind by a pirate because it makes me wanted. I think this should be changed. I just leave the cargo floating around because I don't want to deal with try to sell it. If I remember right in the 84 elite you could do it with no penalty. That would add another great dynamic to the game as well as another way to make a few extra bucks.
