Suggested Improvements to Supercruise Assist

1. Set throttle to zero if a body is between present position and target.

2. Set throttle to zero when dropping from supercruise at the destination!

3. Allow a key bind for "toggle supercruise assist on/off".

I think these simple additions would make supercruise assist more useful and trustworthy.
