Tech support suggested I post this here as its apparently not something that currently exists.
As a Kickstarter backer and lifetime passholder I already have a number of 'rewards' (Shinrata permit, Cobra IV etc.) available on PC.
I recently purchased E
on Xbox and, given that both platforms use my Frontier account, was surprised that those 'rewards' were not available on my Xbox game as I had expected that these were 'Account Unlocks' (although I fully expected to have to start a new Commander).
I am aware there was a time window where the Cobra IV was available on Xbox [but not the PS4?]
