[Suggestion] Add options for non-violent interactions with planetary POI

At the moment, if you find a mining outpost, or other small settlement-like location as a POI, your only option seem to be: "shoot the drones, and take the stuff", whether that stuff is goods, or data.

It would be really great if you had some other options: barter some goods or credits for the "stuff", or even find a simple mission you could do.

Simple missions could be rewarded with a single container of contextually-appropriate cargo, or a data packet. If the game had a more sophisticated reputation system for players, they could be rewarded with gains to appropriate aspects of the player's reputation.

Such simple missions could be things like: provide urgently-need repair parts, medicines or food. Transport an injured person in a medical-support pod to the nearest colony or station (within a time limit, perhaps). Fight off an impending attack of rogue AI's. Etc.
