[Suggestion] Add police lights outside

Because today most of our pursuits and interceptions are done at below the speed of light, having lights on the outside would only serve to identify police ships when they were basically stationary or in dogfights and things, and then they are identified by the radar. Fighter planes today have livery, but really that's not to identify each other when fighting, basically if you have to get close to a ship to see it's livery to identify if it's a friend or enemy you are already dead. It's unnecessary, it might look nice but I would consider it cosmetic rather than anything useful. Not that I am against cosmetic additions to the game, but there are many areas where cosmetic additions would be more useful.
300 km / s is not the speed of light and the lights on the outside would serve in normal flight to visually and quickly identify authorities, especially in conflict zones. Space is large, space is dark and I think on the contrary that it would be very useful. The skins that you put on sale and the skins of any kind of AI ships in the game are no more useful or even less useful. I think my idea is good and should be taken into consideration.

I suggested it ages ago. I thought it'd be cool to see some red and blue flashing lights, reflecting off ships and asteroids, and things, when they're actively chasing a criminal.

+1 We all did. Which is strange by itself, such addition is not very difficult to implement, but it would "brighten the picture" so much. Although over time, the system of markings could undergo some changes.
