(suggestion) Be able to build/ buy your own hangar or the option for Guild Starbases and capital ships

I've been playing for a while and for a time i was part of a large group who were all focusing on specific tasks, missions and other things. but the one thing i missed during that time is the ability to have a Starbase or Capital Ship for that guild. How awesome would it be to commit in large, full-scale battles between guilds or NPCs or just use a starbase to collect missions and restock and refuel.
I would LOOOVE to see that in ED

Basebuilding rumored by the end of 2020 or 2021, (probably 2020 thanks to the recent leak)
