Suggestion: being able to turn credits into credits for us Xbox people.

I have E-mailed frontier about this, and they told me to post here. Since Fdev dropped us and left us behind, people have been asking for random free stuff like free engineering, free carrier fuel etc. But to be honest I think it is only fair that Fdev should allow us to turn Arx into credits. To help make our hard time just a bit easier. It will help the Xbox community, and for people who bought Arx before the game was abandoned. (like me).

I have to wonder why you are going this way. Credits are not exactly difficult to come by on any platform.

You'd be better off asking if Credits earned can be converted into mats that you'll require for engineering...

You won't get that either mind.

That would be the first time in a very long time here. You've entered the dark realm where the ideas come to die.

Well, I'm sure they're silently watching and on occasion there's things mentioned here that they add to the game. I believe they've been pretty adamant that Arx or anything else beyond initial game purchase and content based DLCs are cosmetic only, so I don't fancy your chances here.

But let's say they did it. What would you do when you ran out of things to buy (as I have on my playstation account)?

Credits are really and i mean really easy to come by, yes including on XB - and i say this as an ex-XBox player.
Settle in a system, get allied with the factions, do missions for them and the credits will flow in
Do Robigo runs
Stack massacre missions
Do some platinum mining

And careful cause you are bordering harassing.

You made your plea, but dont expect any answers - if your ideas about the game will resonate with the team behind Elite Dangerous (Legacy) - they may find their way in the game, but chances are really really slim.
Legacy is basically "a take it or leave it" proposal.

Not sure why though ? Making money now even in legacy is as easy as ever ? Take a look at the squad leader boards in trade ?
Two players in 2 weeks have managed to make enough to buy FC and have enough to service them for many months.
I would like new paint jobs and ship kits or even the new ships when they come to EDO for Legacy.
And as others have stated Fdev won't respond they never do and even less so if it's legacy ...

Oh! That is another thing! Are we (us Xbox players) going to get the 4 new ships which should come out soon?

Console is legacy - this is a dead version of the game, it was stated it will never receive any updates, it will never receive any new DLC. The actual live version of the game is called 4.0 and is on PC only.

Console was planned to migrate to 4.0 but Odyssey was SO poorly coded it was simply not a wise investment nor physically possible to do so. They kept Legacy because it actually works really fine (better than 4.0) and arx make money and it’s affordable for FD to keep running in maintenance mode. It’s equally likely that like the Apple version, if sales drop FD could just turn it off.

If you have money to burn, buy a PC. I’m on console and legacy works great, don’t buy arx, just play the game.

Geforce Now works on XBox in the Edge browser - 10 to 20€ per month is way cheaper than spending 2000-3000 on a solid gaming PC & peripherals

(and you can migrate your XB account to PC to play the Live 4.0 in browser / geforce now and you will still be able to play your XB account in legacy mode.)

We were never going to get or are not entitled to get anything on console , Fdev were unable or unwilling to get EDO o to consoles. We don't get X as arxs we don't get any new paintjobs , the last thing we ever received was the terrible cutscene about salvation. Even the twitch drops don't work .
Elite legacy is dead and person non Gratia to Frontier . As it has been for 2 years ish if not longer depending on who you speak to .

Yes it would be nice to get the new ships but being a realist it's ain't ever going to happen . There are options but I'm afraid there is as much chance of me getting PC or geoforce than there is as Fdev giving us the new ships .
I'm still playing legacy and will for a while .
