Suggestion: Decrease the opacity of the in-game menu to show the game does not get paused.

Let's not perpetuate the confusion some players have with the menu key. With a menu that goes to black (nearly all of the screen) while also muting the game audio, it could be easy to assume that your ship and the game are put into suspension. I appreciate that the menu is tailored to look like the main menu, but please allow players to see if their ship is still moving, getting scanned, or running out of oxygen. A little bit of visibility for safety's sake. Go ahead and keep the sub-menus dark, but the UI that pops up after hitting the menu key should be more like an overlay than a Soprano transition.
