I’ve just had an idea to improve bounty hunting. Instead of killing the criminals who are wanted to gain a small bounty, why not have a second option of where the criminal can hand themselves in. This will be seen as cargo where we (if we have room in the cargo bay) can scoop them up and hand them in, at the station where they have a bounty to be claimed.
The bounty of handing in criminals should also be more than that of just killing the wanted criminal and give us a rep as a bounty hunter.
To make it more fun. Whilst we have the criminals incarcerated in our holds, friends of the captured criminals (if they have any) chase us, leaving us with two options.
Added onto this, if our cargo holds/cells are full and we don’t collect the criminal. The criminal adds us on to his vendetta list, hunting us down for a rematch.
