Suggestion: Enhancement to "loitering" mechanic for starports

I frequently get "transient" pad-loitering warnings when landing in large stations because of my preferred approach vectors.

It struck me that a relatively small change to the logic could easily eliminate this (admittedly) minor annoyance:

  • Only issue Pad Loitering Warnings for "active" pads - ones that either have an incoming vessel, or have a docked vessel currently "on the surface". This info should be readily available to the sim - it already uses it to activate the pad-numbering hologram for incoming ships.
  • Only issue Slot Loitering Warnings if there are (other) ships incoming (i.e. with "Access Granted" and a pad assigned) or departing (undocked but still less than - say - 1km outside the slot)

I feel this would still allow the "loitering" mechanic to achieve its purpose, but would feel more natural and reasonable.
