Suggestion for engaging gameplay and introduction to the Col 70 Sector. (ie. bring back the Asteroid ships)

I've come up with an engaging idea on how the COL70 sector can be opened up to CMDRs. Instead of giving us all a permit out of the blue for whatever story reason, the sector instead becomes exclusive to CMDRs that are allowed to dock on a Collionson-Class Asteroid Ship! https://canonn.science/codex/collionson-class-asteroid-ship/

The lore excuse could be that since the Pilots federation doesn't want just anybody heading off into that rebuy city. Possibly not only risking their lives for no reason, but also potentially provoking the Thargoids into a genocidally rampage.

So to serve as a filter of sorts, access to a Asteroid ship is limited to certain CMDRs who have killed a certain number of thargoids. Or some other means of judgement. New Thargoid research rank perhaps? Or maybe those with an Elite rank in Exobiologist (pertaining to including the ability to scan Thargoid tech/materials for study. Opening up pro-bug gameplay interaction)?

The Asteroid ships could be used as such because they, being largely just a big rock, may not be discernable as an obvious craft to the Thargoid's unique sensors in hyperspace, and thus these mega-ships could be safer to use as ferries for suicidal AXI/EXO CMDRs.
Could even make it difficult for explorers as well, by not including Universal. Thus forcing explorers in that region to risk all possible data they acquire until the Collionsons makes their journey back out of the Sector.

Fdev really should get a look at this. Think this could be a really good idea for implementing new region gameplay access?
