Suggestion for fleet carriers

Can we have a noticeboard, where the owner can leave messages for anybody that lands on their carrier, so that you can tell them that you're jumping early in the morning or whenever so that they don't wake up to find that they're somewhere where they don't want to be. Also, you can tell them where you're going and why, in case they might want to come with you. Maybe a two way message board so that visitors can message you too.

I'm mining in a crappy spot, so I'm going somewhere which I know to be good tomorrow. I noticed that miners and traders are landing on my ship. With a message board, we could arrange some good deals so that everyone benefits. I think this is a missed opportunity.

I like the idea, except for that fact that I know how people would ruin it. Just think of the sick spam that would result.
