Suggestion for staff role - HR/Manager

What if we could build a special building, with a role for a HR manager/overseer who would schedule mechanics to rides/power/water and make suggestions like if the staff rooms are too far from specific places or even if more mechanics are needed - there would then be less breakdown while we're trying to scenery build. It could be like - you could customise what they specialise in. Or even - you could promote one of your existing staff for the role for their area to make life a bit easier once the park gets huge but you'd still manage it yourself for a smaller park to keep costs low.
 
Would be nice if there was an option to select how many ride attendants are working the ride. Also select positions for the ride to run (ex. Control, Launch, Seat Checker, Crowd Control, Ride Entrance Host). Would be fun to see the staff walking next to the train checking seats and clearing trains. Management side could add more staff when busy and reduce when slow in the park.
