Hey there!
Wouldn't it be nice if you could help your fellow wing (or even random players) out with a more.. personal touch. I would like to suggest the idea of gifting and module naming
.
Once a week you may use an option in the Transfer tab in customisation that allows you to transfer a module and a scaled amount of credits (1,000 penniless- 1,000,000 elite for example) to help members out. ALL engineer aspects carry over allowing new wing members to get a hold of some very impressive weaponry. the person gifting has the option to name his/her weapon for personal use or gifting. gifted weapons cannot be renamed...serving as a constant reminder of the person who gave it to you.
Gifted weapons/ modules CANNOT be sold for profit, they are effectively no different to loaned equipment. besides, selling someone's gift is a pretty dog thing to do haha
I was going to suggest scaled gifting of ships (eg all players under broker have access to only small ships) but even then there are some pretty decent small ones out there...making it a bit unfair and takes away the pride of earning ships yourself.
anyway, what do you guys think?
