Suggestion: Implement Escort Wings

Hi CMDRS, I've been playing since beta and I wonder why there's no escort missions in the game. That should add some variety for players.
There's a threat about Escort Wings (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=145668) and I support the idea, but how you guys get payed? Cargo?
So, i've been thinking about this subject, and i'd like to share it with you and ask for the Fdevs if it's possible to do this:
The idea turns in creating an "Escort Wing", so basically when you accept the mission a wing will be created. Escort the ship to destination station and receive X credits.
If the escorted player dies, end mission.

In Solo mode with NPC's I think it's straight forward, but in Open with human players will be more tricky.

So here's some suggestions for implementing "Escort Wings" in Open play: (if it's possible)

- In communications menu add "Ask for escort" and "Demand for escort". If accepted by players, an Escort Wing will be created.
- Players can accept or reject escort mission by ingame communications menu.
- Other players can join an Escort Wing after been created.
- Players can only apply for one Escort Wing.
- The escorted player pays a 10% fee based on total value of the purchased cargo.
- The Escort Wing can have the amount of players that's allowed by the game and the total fee value ammount will be shared for the escorter player(s).
- The fees are calculated separately for each escorted player based on total value of the purchased cargo.
- The escorter player(s) will receive 10% of the value based on the total value of the purchased cargo from the escorted player(s) and only receives the fee
when the escorted player applies to do so in communications menu.
If there's more than one escorter, they all receive the shared fee and will be dismissed from wing.
- The escorter player(s) will receive a 10% bonus based on bounty value (if there's any) for each attacker kill.
The escort player(s) only receive the kill bonus when dismissed from Escort Wing by payed fee.
- The Escort Wing will be dismissed when all the escorted and/or escorter player(s) dies.
- The Escort Wing will be dismissed separately for players by death.
- None of the player(s) can dock in any station until is dismissed from the Escort Wing.
- If escorted player(s) logs off, receives a bounty based on the fee and will be marked on map for the escorter player(s).
The bounty based on the fee will active for 7 days, and then the player can pay the bounty in any station.
This bounty based on fee can be stacked.
- The escort player(s) can only leave Escort Wing by death or payed fee, if logs off will be dismissed from Escort Wing and lose the kill bonuses.

"Escort Wings" are only intended to make trips from point A to point B, not circular trade routes. For circular trade routes the Escort Wing must be
dismissed and created for each origin/destination.

I think "Escort Wings" will pull some players from Solo mode and give to some pirates a new job
