[Suggestion] Larger hitbox for shields-up ships

When weapons hit a shield, the blue glow is clearly a number of meters away from the ship. I suggest that the ship's hitbox actually be the surface of the shields when the shields are up.

This will make an interesting dynamic in that ships will be easier to hit when shields are up (or to put it another way, harder to hit when shields are down). it also slightly helps people using fixed weapons. It's also a bit more "realistic", whatever that means.
