I think it would be better for each Material & Data to have the same storage capacity, instead of the current 100/150/200/250/300.
96 is enough for each Material & Data.
Why 96 ?
- Everything in the game is stored by a ^2 rule, Fuel, Cargo, Cabins capacities are always 2/4/8/16/32/... It would be cleaner to apply that rule to Materials & Data as well, and 96 is divisible by 8.
- Materials & Data are generally picked up by 3 units, and 96 is divisible by 3.
- The same amount of storage for each Material & Data would make it easier to check the stock by quickly looking the percentage bar.
- You could also adjust the Materials & Data mission rewards to 3, 6 or 9 depending of the difficulty and rarity.
Of course, for players who already have more than 96 units of any Material or Data, leave their stock but consider it full : 300/96.
If you think 96 is too low, 192 should do the trick too, but 96 is really enough, players should focus on Grade 5 and Material traders...
- A full Material stock 96/96 should be automatically placed in the Ignore List.
- As soon as a Material stock fall below the max capacity, it should be automatically removed from the Ignore List.
- In fact, the manual Ignore List for Materials is no more required, only used for Commodities and Mining rocks.
To apply the same ^2 storage rule to the Modules, increase it to 128.
Oh, and could you rework the Material traders to follow that layout :
[___][9:1][3:1][1:9][___]
[___][9:1][3:1][1:9][___]
[9:1][3:1][1:1][1:3][1:9]
[___][9:1][3:1][1:9][___]
[___][9:1][3:1][1:9][___]
Thanks.
