[SUGGESTION] Modules in general & their storage - Allow us to type in 30-40 characters against them.

While in Outfitting etc, can we please be able to enter in 30-40 characters against our fitted and stored modules, such that when we browse/view them (fitted or stored) we can see (& enter) a short description/notes field. ie: So we can type in a summary/reminder of what it is, and/or the state it's in.

eg:-
- Against a multi-cannnon: "Lvl5 OC, but no side effect."
- Against a FSD: "Lvl5 Range, 40% so could be higher."
- Against a pulse laser: "Python Piracy config."

Imagine seeing 3 similar weapons or modules in your stored list. Be nice if a little description/note field could quickly jogs your memory what each one is.

Note: Would be nice to have this field also available on the crafting screen too. ie: When you've modified a module, you can then easy update your notes on it (eg: "Lvl 4 now, but could be better DPS").

ps: This was raised some weeks ago, but as it was then moved into 2.2 Beta Discussion it's now been closed for further discussion, so I'm re-raising it now for discussion regarding the live software (not beta).

+1 I'm finding myself having to keep handwritten notes of what is stashed where!

I think as people specialise modules for different purposes, ending up potentially with multiples that all appear the same (without further examination), being able to put a short note/description as a reminder of its use/purpose/state will become more and more useful/important.

so module storage is station based? Does that mean we can store 60 modules per station or will it be 60 modules max divided among stations?

Divided, 60 total in game at one time.

okay thanks for the clarification.

as for the topic itself. I'd like it to be separated with the same layout like outfitting at station is. Just let use select the module category and it breaks down the storaged items.
