Suggestion: move PowerPlay modules to Tech Broker

the way powerplay modules work currently is irritating...for example, i fly for LYR...i like flying for LYR...but if i want a prismatic shield for a trade ship, i can get one, but to do so i have to spend an entire month *not* pledged to my power of choice...this is not fun, nor does it make sense to have people pledging to different powers than the one they want for the sake of a module. if necessary, replace that pledge reward with something else, but move the modules...i mean, whats a tech broker for if they cant get their hands on tech right?

edit: one idea for a replacement loyalty reward might be a sharp increase in how much you are paid for handing in merits...maybe even enough to make powerplay activity a financially viable option? would certainly increase take up

you are sure you would enjoy the bubble filled with imperial hammers, enforcers, pack hounds ............?

I like that idea, thought about that myself as soon as i have seen those tech-brokers :)

It is already. I have in my storage 15 packhounds laying around for the case of need, all my ships which need prismatics have them, and i have also access atm to advanced plasma accelerators. The only one i have no intrest in are the imperial hammers.
But the PvP crowd has already all of them and so does many PvE players have. Many ships out there which combine prismatics and packhounds. Why not making them accessible for a new sort of price instead those 4 weeks time?

Totally agree with OP, everyone choose a powerplay faction in order to get the module they want and some farm the module switching faction each month.. renders the powerplay mechanics totally useless

Yes i mean it is fun to have like a 20%+more bounty claim or whatever they all give i dont know them.. know why.. because the only thing very interesting is the module..kinda lame if you ask me

Make them available at the tech broken and Buff up each powerplay bonus then people will want to play it !

for now it's true that the power play is not useful, I did it only to get a particular module.

even the 50 million credit if you stay at the highest level is useless, it takes a lot of time to do powerplay and therefore does not really allow you to participate in any other activity..

and as if that was not enough, participating in powerplay makes us the victim of much more interception,

I exaggerate a bit, the powerplay and another way to have fun, it diversifies the possibilities of play.

however with the 3.0 that happens there are Power Bounties, maybe the powerplay interest will increase but in its state, it's rather useless.
