It's a pretty simple suggestion, with the new mining features mining has taken a turn for the (much) better, it's really fun blowing up asteroids. However, we only have 3 statistics in the mining section of the codex, and I think that adding a "cores mined" or whatever statistic would be a really nice addition.
EDIT: Realised 2 things, first there's a typo in the title, sorry for that. Second, the game already tracks an "asteroids cracked" stat, it wouldn't be difficult to add it in as an actual mining statistic in the codex.
