SUGGESTION: No pay for Inactive crewmembers as a QOL change.

Hello Commanders!

We're not against the concept of reducing payouts for crew not currently onboard your vessel. An argument could be made that even though they are still on retainer, they don't get "danger money" payment when on shore leave.

We'll take this under consideration (no ETA, no guarantee) for a future update.

% of all earnings when active. Flat fee for inactive. There's no reason I would ever give an inactive crew member a percentage of a trade run or mission I did without them.

Smaller retainer fee to allow us to level them up and have multiple crew leveled up, but with a higher salary when they are in duty.

Reducing their pay isn't good enough. No work = No pay. How long do you think you would keep *your* job if you just stopped working one day?

I'd be happy for reduced pay for inactive crew.
Or even assign them as "on leave", which stops their pay altogether, but when you call them back in, it can take time for them to be available...?
