Suggestion: Paid Preferred Landing Pad

Suggestion for a paid preferred landing pad for stations.

Ex:

1. Add a item in the ship config area to choose a preferred pad. example... choose from a list that matches what you ship size can use. Lets shay I choose 40
2. When docking is requested if that pad is open you will get it. Then you pay a fee after landing (let say 1000 cr)
3. If preferred pad is busy you get option to take any pad (as it is now) or wait for your preferred pad.

Or just like a modern airport we could let the traffic controller assign approach and landing location, after all they are the people in the best position to know where to put ships. Allowing people to select landing pads to make landing easier for themselves? Whatever next, built in docking computers?
