I got some fines during combat and fighting factions but have absolutely no idea what that fine was for ???
I have ended up with bounties on my head, but have No clue as to what that bounty was comprised of.
That very brief one line text that shows up in the comms bar got lost in my multitude of messages I receive, especially during combat.
