Discussion Suggestion: Publish "Loadout" Event when Reboarding Ship From SRV

We can leave the game while in the SRV and, on re-boarding our recalled ship after re-loading the game, we "know" nothing about the ship in terms of events published in the current Journal.

Please consider publishing the Loadout event when reboarding the ship from the SRV in the event that no such ship related event has already been published (the Loadout event on loading refers to the SRV).
