So I've been bounty hunting in Independent and Anarchy systems using the KWS, and generally it's pretty profitable, but as anybody who has done this would know, you usually end up getting bounties for Empire, Alliance and Federation, which can make turning them in a massive pain in the ass. I've lucked out and found a random Empire system near where I'm currently operating in Federation space, but the closest Alliance system is hundreds of lightyears away, which makes it really impractical to claim those bounties. I've probably lost 400+k worth of Alliance bounties by now because of how far away it is.
And that got me thinking: Why not add in an agent that I can pay to claim them for me? Naturally this agent would take a cut, either a flat percentage or something based off how far the closest system of appropriate allegiance is, and there might be a delay between hiring his services and when you get your bounties, but it would really help with the bounty hunting income if you don't happen to be somewhere with easy access to all 3 states.
